We work with amazing distributors like Fino Foods who work directly with small-scale artisans across Australia.
We source locally where possible.
We make our own dips, pickles and crackers.
We purchase high quality cheeses and cured meats unsliced and in bulk... think big, beautiful 2-8kg wheels of vintage cheddar and logs of salami. We slice all of this fresh in house.
We steer clear of big supermarkets and where possible, single-use packaging.
We are working on a range of pickles, ferments, marinates and chutneys to repurpose the produce we use to decorate our tables.
