HAVING GROWN UP IN A FAMILY OF 9, SHARING SIMPLE, WHOLESOME FOOD WITH LARGE GROUPS OF PEOPLE IS SOMETHING THAT IS VERY SPECIAL AND FAMILIAR TO ME. I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF GATHERING LOVED ONES.. OR COMPLETE STRANGERS AND SHARING A MEAL TOGETHER.
I WANTED BOWER + WILDE TO REPRESENT ONE OF CANBERRA'S MOST ATTRACTIVE FEATURES- LOCALS SUPPORTING LOCALS. WE WORK CLOSELY WITH PASSIONATE LOCAL, AND INTERSTATE ARTISANS TO BRING THE MOST LUXURIOUS, AND THOUGHTFULLY SOURCED PRODUCE TO EVERY TABLE.
WE'RE BRINGING A CONCEPT OF GRAZING TO THE CAPITAL, THAT FOCUSES ON QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. NO “FILLER FOODS”, JUST THE GOOD STUFF.

We are huge advocates for quality over quantity. We work closely with small-scale, Australian artisans who's passion truely shines through what they do. We aim to showcase the best fresh produce that each season has to offer. All fresh produce is hand selected at the markets and all cured meats and cheeses are sliced fresh by us on the morning of every event. We want everything on our tables to truely taste as good as it looks.
I'm a big food and people lover. For me, there are not too many things more special than gathering a group of people and sharing special memories over a meal together. That is something that I love about the concept of grazing. Whether it be friends and family, or complete strangers, food has a cheeky way of bringing people together.
Let's be honest, as much as we would all love to be fully sustainable and eco-friendly, it truely is much harder than it sounds. Cheese, cured meats, crackers and dips.. Everything seems to be sold in plastic.
Our impact on the planet truely is important to us, and we are striving to be as thoughtful and proactive as we can. We're far from our goal, but we are constantly brainstorming little ways to improve.
